Multi-Factor Personnel Authentication
Authentication Options: Personnel must identify themselves using a fingerprint scanner, PIN code, ID card scan, or secure smartphone sync.
Intelligent Gating: The system cross-references the individual’s ID with the IoTWeaponTracker database. Access is only granted if the officer is marked as “OK to ARM” and their weapon certifications are current.
Guided Retrieval: Once authenticated, the system unlocks only the specific locker or barrel clamp assigned to that officer. Green LED lights pulse at the authorized location, while all other weapons remain physically locked and secured.
Integrated GSM/GPS Auto-Charging
Automatic Battery Maintenance: Storage units are equipped with a Weapon Tag Auto-Charging System. This eliminates the logistical burden of manual charging or battery swaps.

Our Smart Sidearm Lockers are engineered from heavy-duty, dense metal to prevent removal by force. They offer a unique combination of high-security storage and precision analytics.
Internal RFID Antennas: Automatically track the presence of both the firearm and its associated magazines.
Precision Weight Scales: Every locker slot includes an integrated scale. These scales serve two critical functions:
Safety Verification: They ensure that the magazine has been removed from the sidearm before it is stored.
Ammunition Accountability: The scales are sensitive enough to detect the weight of individual rounds. If an officer returns a magazine with missing bullets, the system triggers an immediate alert in the software.

Smart Longarm Clamps: Barrel and Buttstock Security
For long-gun storage, IoTWeaponTracker utilizes a dual-point locking system consisting of electronic barrel clamps and buttstock holders.
Restricted Access: The barrel clamps remain locked until an authorized officer authenticates at the storage tablet.
Integrated RFID Butt Holders: The buttstock holders contain embedded RFID readers that verify the presence of the specific serial-numbered longarm.
Magazine Logic: Similar to our sidearm lockers, longarm stations utilize weight-sensing technology to confirm that magazines have been removed and that the weapon is stored in a safe, “unloaded” condition.
